Stephan Schleitzer mainly counsels family businesses on all corporate matters, on restructures and also accompanies them in IPOs.

A further focus is placed on wealth and company succession (estate planning) for entrepreneurs and families in addition to counsel in estate distribution, execution of wills and new structuring of family wealth after company sales.
In succession counsel, it is the aim to construe the transfer of family wealth or company in a tax-saving manner and to avoid conflicts within the family. Stephan Schleitzer is an expert in the use of foundations for succession planning, whether this is in the form of an establishment of family, company or non-profit foundations.

Stephan Schleitzer is one of the founding partners of 
Belmont | Legal and prior thereto worked in one of the largest German independent law firms in Frankfurt. His first years as a professional were spent in the private banking sector of the BHF bank. Stephan Schleitzer studied in Mainz and Geneva.
He is a zertifizierter Testamentsvollstrecker (AGT) ("certified executor”)  and a member of the Schweizerisch-Deutscher Wirtschaftsclub e.V. (Swiss-German Economic Association).
